This bypasses peer review entirely
Use this only for content that doesn’t need editorial review — invited editorials, conference proceedings, or material already vetted elsewhere. This is the only path in the system that skips screening and review. DOI assignment (once Crossref membership is confirmed) and citation metadata still happen automatically, exactly as they would on a normally reviewed submission.
